4. Payments & Fees

All payments are subject to agreed proposals or invoices. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing. Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

5. No Guarantee of Results

However, due to the dynamic nature of digital platforms, global markets, competition, and external factors beyond our control, we do not guarantee specific results.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

weblance infotech follows standard data protection practices to safeguard client information. However, we are not liable for data breaches caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or cyber incidents beyond reasonable control.

7. Confidentiality

weblance infotech respects the confidentiality of all information shared by clients during the course of service engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business details, trade information, marketing data, pricing, credentials, strategies, and any proprietary or sensitive information.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services offered by weblance infotech are customized and digital in nature. Once initiated, services are non-refundable. Cancellations must be requested in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

weblance infotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if the client breaches these Terms & Conditions, fails to make timely payments, provides false or misleading information, or engages in unethical, unlawful, or policy-violating activities.
